I'm Back Back Back, Back Again

Hey! I'm back from Mammoth Camp! And I had a blast.. Like, probably one of the best weeks of my life. It was from August 7th-13th. I made SO many new friends. I got super super tan, and very sunburnt! My face is peeling already though, so my tan is going away with it.. Great. Back to being pale. Haha. I also got an acid burn from my friend's hand sanitizer all over my hands. They hurt so much during the whole trip, and now being 3 days back home they're finally getting better. Once you get back to the city, you realize how different it is up there. Like another world, where everyone is nice, and you have nothing to fear. We went hiking everyday, and if not, then we went swimming or canoeing. And every night we had a campfire. We got up everyday at 7 AM, ate breakfast at 8 AM, left at 9 AM, did our daily activities, came back at 5 PM, ate dinner at 6 PM, played games until we had campfire at 8 PM, finished campfire at 9 PM, and were dead at 10 PM. Yep. What a day. Or dayS, I mean. And it's funny because here I wake up at 10 AM, and go to sleep at 3 AM. Really shows you that there is such thing as change. And now that I'm back from camp, I've been falling asleep at 11 PM, and waking up at 8:30 AM every morning. Haha. It's such an incredible experience to shower at 8 PM at camp, under the stars since the top of our OPEN showers was open. And there being no electricity, it was pitch black at 9 PM. All the blisters, mosquito bites, and sunburns were worth it 100%. Really, it just is something that most people aren't blessed enough to experience. Not because they don't know of Mammoth or the YMCA, but because they can't afford it. And for those of you who can't afford it at all, there ARE scholarships. Point is, mammoth is beautiful, and I can't wait to go back next year.. I'm just COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS! Only 363 days to go. Yay.. So.. How have you been? Lol. Okay, well bye :)
